THE WORK

You’ll be able to point at what you did.

You’ll work on roofs and around homes, finding and fixing things like lifted shingles, rotted collars, or loose fence rails before they turn into bigger problems. The job is hands-on and takes skill, and what you do matters. We focus on planning and scheduling, so your days are steady and the work stays high quality.

You don’t need experience in construction to join us. We want people who are reliable, care about quality, and are ready to learn. We train all our inspectors and technicians in building science, keep our standards high, and help you grow. Our goal is to help good people become great.
